The Bureau of Labor Statistics in the U.S. Department of Labor issued an employment report last week indicating U.S. employers added 243,000 jobs in February and average hourly pay posted the largest annual increase in 4-1/2 years. The monthly report showed the unemployment rate at 4.7 %.

Lower Taxes (Fiscal)

GWBush has implemented many fiscal policies in terms of taxes to business (repatriation of foreign profits, and other tax incentives- you can find this by doing searches online)

In addition, the War has increased our government spending- and the recent hurricane devastations also increase government spending- this increases our overall spending and therefore GDP growth.
