People don%26#039;t seem to understand that the job growth has never and will never keep up with the birth rate.

Personally I think there is a people overage. I heard on NPR today the the national unemployment rate is 5.2%. That is a LOT of people out of work.

The otusourcing is due to your %26quot;people overage%26quot; in india and china, and indonesia.|||Both, and employers giving our jobs away makes it worse.|||No. There are jobs advertised worldwide, but because of requirements and restrictions, only a limited number of people to fill them. Other jobs go unfilled because some people consider them to be beneath their dignity. And some placement services won%26#039;t send some people out because they%26#039;re overqualified. To sum it up, it%26#039;s not an either/or question.
