I was wondering if someone could please help me im having a small dilemma here i need to inturprut this graph information and answer the following questions:

1. Describe the pattern of Australia鈥檚 inflation rate between 1990 and 2006.

2. Describe the pattern of Australia鈥檚 unemployment rate between 1990 and 2006.

3. Describe the pattern of Australia鈥檚 economic growth rate between 1990 and 2006.

If someone could please help me to answers these questions...

Let me try:

1. Describe the pattern of Australia鈥檚 inflation rate between 1990 and 2006.

After being fairly high (5%-8% range) durin 1990-91, Australia%26#039;s inflation rate cam down sharply and remained relatively low and stable (around 2% for most of the years except in 1996 when it surged to 4%) but again suffered upward pressure since 2002 averaging about 2.5% till 2005 before finally rising sharply to 3.8% in 2006, that should have caused concern to macro-economy managers. (inflation rate for 2001 is missing in the chart).

2. Describe the pattern of Australia鈥檚 unemployment rate between 1990 and 2006.

Australia%26#039;s unemployment rate remained fairly high since 1990 ( close to 8% and rose above 10% above during 1991-94 and then fell to an average of 8.3% for the next four yesrs till 1998 when the economic growth rate remained strong, before consistently declining as economic growth weakened a little over the years to finally reach 4.9 % by 2006.

3. Describe the pattern of Australia鈥檚 economic growth rate between 1990 and 2006.

Australia%26#039;s economic growth rate show considerable fluctuation during the period 1999 to 2006. There was a sharp deceleration in growth rate from 3.66 % in 1990 to virtual zero growth in the next two years, after which the growth rate picked up to move in the range 3.5% - 4.7% but before declining again to around 3.25% for the next 4 years 2001 through 2004 before dipping to 2.75-2.8% in 2005 -06.
