I work in a retail store.. scratch tickets and lottos are among the fastest selling commodities.. everyday people of all ages %26amp; occupations buy them.. The rate is higher compared to many countries i%26#039;ve been to.. With a low unemployment rate %26amp; minimum wages, I am curious why so many people are eager to make quick fortune....
