I considered Spain but as far as I know Spain is still Catholic and the statement was one of the official currencies.

England currency is not the Euro, The main language comes from proto-Germanic not latin, the main religion is protestantism, the landscape is not really very diverse, the enemployement is much lower than 11%...

|||can not be england as they have the Pound Sterling and NOT the euro, so the answer must be Spain|||Clearly Spain (France, Italy, Germany and Greece do not have monarchs - and England does not have the Euro)|||Spain|||Greece is my 1st guess but spain can be possible though
